Campus Safari

For my first Campus Safari I interviewed a CC in my Residence Hall.  I couldn't find my actual CC but I knew they usually work the front desk so I took an adventure down there and met Sam Angotto.  Sam informed me of the steps to becoming a CC:

1- You need to get a recommendation from a Hall Director.  Sam was a desk attendant before she was a CC so her boss was a Hall Director so that worked out to her advantage.

2- There is an application online that you need to complete.

3- There is an interview just like any other job.

4- You are sent an email to inform you as to if you received the job or not.

I also decided to ask Sam what her favorite part of her job was.  WIthout hesitation she told me that getting to know the residents and being able to help them was her favorite part.
